      Thanks for contacting support, I’ll be happy to help you out.

      All these products come in an archived file (ZIP) so you will need software to unzip them. I recommend using 7zip as this is what I personally use and I have never had any issues with it, however, there is another one called WinZip.

      To extract the file, you will need to download either 7zip or WinZip (both free). You can download them free here:
