This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the refund and subscription cancellation conditions applying to PLR Database Premium memberships and other eligible purchases made directly through PLR Database.
Because PLR Database provides immediate access to downloadable digital products, specific conditions apply to change-of-mind refund requests.
Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer law, including the Australian Consumer Law.
7-Day Refund Period
New PLR Database Premium memberships are eligible to request a refund within 7 days of the initial purchase, subject to the conditions outlined below.
To qualify under our standard change-of-mind refund policy:
- Your refund request must be submitted within 7 days of your initial Premium membership purchase; and
- You must not have downloaded more than 10 products through your Premium membership.
If you are unhappy with the membership or believe it is unsuitable for your needs, please contact us promptly rather than continuing to download products.
Digital Product Download Limit
PLR Database provides members with access to a large collection of downloadable digital products.
To prevent abuse of our refund policy, a member who downloads more than 10 products after purchasing a Premium membership will ordinarily no longer qualify for a change-of-mind refund under our 7-day refund policy.
For example, purchasing Premium membership, downloading a substantial collection of products and then requesting a refund is not considered reasonable use of our refund policy.
This restriction does not affect any refund, remedy or other right that must be provided under applicable consumer law.
Recurring Subscription Payments
PLR Database Premium memberships may operate as recurring subscriptions.
The recurring nature of the subscription and applicable billing frequency are presented during the signup and payment process.
Our standard 7-day change-of-mind refund period applies to the initial purchase of a new subscription, not each subsequent renewal payment.
Recurring payments are therefore generally non-refundable for change of mind once they have been processed.
For example, if you maintain a subscription for six months without cancelling it, you generally cannot request a refund of all six months simply because you later decide that you no longer require the membership.
This does not limit any rights you may have where a payment was unauthorised, incorrectly processed, or where a refund or other remedy is required by applicable law.
Automatic Renewals
Unless otherwise stated during checkout, recurring PLR Database memberships automatically renew according to the billing period selected when you subscribe.
Your selected payment method may therefore be automatically charged on each applicable renewal date until the subscription is cancelled.
It is your responsibility to cancel a subscription before its next renewal if you no longer wish to continue your membership.
Cancelling Your Subscription
You may cancel an eligible recurring PLR Database subscription through your account.
For subscriptions processed through Stripe, log into your PLR Database account and access the subscription management options available under your account details.
Cancelling your subscription stops future recurring payments associated with that subscription.
Cancellation Does Not Delete Your Account
Cancelling a paid subscription does not automatically delete your PLR Database account.
Cancellation stops future subscription renewals.
Unless otherwise stated for your particular membership, you will generally continue to have access to the Premium benefits already paid for until the end of your current billing period.
After the paid period expires, your account may revert to the applicable free membership level rather than being deleted.
Cancelling Before Your Next Payment
If you do not want your subscription to renew, you should cancel it before your next scheduled billing date.
We recommend cancelling sufficiently in advance rather than waiting until the renewal date itself.
If you require our support team to assist with cancellation, please contact us at least 3 days before your next scheduled payment date where possible.
This gives us reasonable time to receive and process your request.
Submitting a cancellation request after a renewal payment has already been processed does not automatically make that renewal payment eligible for a change-of-mind refund.
Stripe Subscriptions
Subscriptions paid directly by credit or debit card may be processed through Stripe.
You can manage or cancel an eligible Stripe subscription by logging into your PLR Database account and visiting your account details/subscription management area.
Once cancellation has been successfully processed, no further recurring payments should be taken for that cancelled subscription unless you subsequently create or reactivate another subscription.
Failed or Incorrect Payments
If you believe you have been:
- Charged incorrectly;
- Charged after properly cancelling;
- Charged an incorrect amount;
- Charged more than once for the same transaction; or
- Subject to an unauthorised transaction,
please contact us promptly so we can investigate.
These situations are considered separately from ordinary change-of-mind refund requests.
Refund Abuse
PLR Database reserves the right to reject change-of-mind refund requests where there is reasonable evidence of abuse.
This may include circumstances involving:
- Downloading more than the permitted number of products before requesting a refund;
- Repeatedly purchasing and refunding memberships to obtain products;
- Creating multiple accounts to circumvent refund restrictions;
- Fraudulent transactions;
- Misuse of payment disputes or chargebacks; or
- Other activity reasonably indicating an attempt to obtain PLR Database products without legitimate payment.
Accounts involved in serious or repeated abuse may be restricted or terminated in accordance with our applicable terms.
Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you believe there is a legitimate problem with a payment, please contact PLR Database first so we have an opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue.
A chargeback should not be used simply as an alternative to our normal cancellation or refund process.
Where a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated, we may provide the payment processor or financial institution with relevant transaction, account, membership, download, cancellation and communication records necessary to respond to the dispute.
Free Membership
PLR Database provides a free membership option that allows prospective members to become familiar with the website before purchasing Premium access.
Where available, we encourage users who are uncertain about PLR Database to create a free account and explore the available free features before upgrading to a paid membership.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this Refund & Cancellation Policy excludes, restricts or modifies consumer guarantees, rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
Our 7-day refund period and 10-product download restriction apply to our voluntary change-of-mind refund policy.
They do not override statutory rights that may apply where goods or services fail to satisfy applicable consumer guarantees.
How to Request a Refund
To request an eligible refund, contact PLR Database within the applicable refund period and provide sufficient information for us to locate the transaction.
Please include:
- Your account email address;
- Your name;
- The relevant purchase or membership;
- The approximate purchase date; and
- A brief explanation of your refund request.
We may request additional information where necessary to verify the transaction.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will ordinarily be returned through the original payment method where possible.
The time required for a refund to appear in your account may depend on Stripe, your financial institution, card provider or other applicable payment processor.
PLR Database cannot control processing times after an approved refund has been submitted to the payment provider.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy as our membership plans, payment systems, products or legal requirements change.
The “Last Updated” date at the top of this page identifies the latest revision.
Changes to this policy do not remove rights that cannot legally be excluded.
