The file is corrupted. It downloads but does not open!
Thanks, Jack for letting us know about this issue. We went ahead and fixed this. You can now download go ahead and download it as the file will open correctly now.

Hi Sherisse, I’m sorry to hear you’re having issues in downloading this product. Did you get it to work? Because upon testing the download, it seems to work fine for us.
Hi Sherisse, upon looking into this further, we have found an issue with the actual file, not the downloading of the product. So, we went ahead and uploaded a new copy. You can go ahead and download it now without any issues.
