This Affiliate Agreement (“Agreement”) sets out the terms and conditions governing participation in the PLR Database Affiliate Program (“Affiliate Program”).
By applying for, joining, accessing, or participating in the Affiliate Program, you (“Affiliate”, “you”, or “your”) agree to be bound by this Agreement.
About the Affiliate Program
The PLR Database Affiliate Program allows approved affiliates to promote PLR Database products, services and membership plans using affiliate tracking links provided through our affiliate system.
When a qualifying customer purchases through your properly tracked affiliate referral, you may earn a commission in accordance with this Agreement.
Participation in the Affiliate Program does not create an employment, partnership, joint venture, franchise, agency or representative relationship between you and PLR Database.
Affiliate Approval
PLR Database reserves the right to approve or reject any affiliate application at its discretion.
Approval into the Affiliate Program does not guarantee continued participation. We may review affiliate accounts and promotional activities to ensure compliance with this Agreement.
We may refuse, suspend or terminate participation where we reasonably believe an affiliate presents a legal, financial, reputational, compliance, fraud or security risk to PLR Database.
Affiliate Links
Approved affiliates may use the unique affiliate links provided through their PLR Database affiliate account.
You may add or remove affiliate links from your websites, emails, social media accounts and other permitted promotional channels at your discretion.
You are responsible for ensuring that you use the correct affiliate URL and that your links are functioning correctly.
PLR Database is not responsible for commissions that cannot be attributed to your affiliate account because of incorrect, modified, broken, blocked or improperly implemented affiliate links.
Affiliate Tracking
PLR Database uses affiliate tracking technology to attribute qualifying customers and sales to affiliates.
The standard affiliate tracking period is currently 90 days, unless otherwise stated for a particular promotion, product or campaign.
A referral is not guaranteed simply because an individual previously clicked your affiliate link. Attribution may be affected by factors including cookie deletion, browser privacy settings, tracking prevention, different devices or browsers, subsequent affiliate referrals, and other technical circumstances outside our reasonable control.
The records maintained by the PLR Database affiliate system will ordinarily be used when determining referral attribution.
Affiliate Commissions
Approved affiliates currently earn:
First payment: 35%
Recurring payments: 35%
Where a customer purchases an eligible recurring membership through your qualifying affiliate referral, you may continue receiving commissions on eligible recurring payments for as long as that qualifying membership remains active and commissionable.
If the customer cancels their membership, recurring commissions associated with that membership will cease.
If the customer subsequently purchases again within an applicable affiliate tracking period and the new transaction is properly attributed to you, the new transaction may qualify for commission.
PLR Database may establish different commission rates for particular products, promotions or affiliate arrangements. Any such variation will be communicated where applicable.
Qualifying Sales
A commission is earned only on a qualifying transaction successfully attributed to your affiliate account.
For a transaction to qualify:
-
The customer must follow a valid affiliate referral attributable to you.
-
The applicable purchase must be eligible for affiliate commission.
-
PLR Database must successfully receive payment.
-
The transaction must not be fraudulent, refunded, reversed, charged back or otherwise invalid.
-
The transaction must comply with this Agreement.
Commissions are generally calculated on the eligible amount actually received by PLR Database, excluding applicable taxes, refunds, chargebacks, credits and other excluded amounts.
Recurring Commissions
Eligible PLR Database membership plans may generate recurring affiliate commissions.
Where recurring commissions apply, you will ordinarily receive the applicable commission percentage on qualifying recurring payments successfully collected from the referred customer.
Recurring commissions end when the underlying subscription ends, becomes non-commissionable, is refunded, charged back or is otherwise terminated.
PLR Database does not guarantee that any referred customer will maintain their subscription for any particular period.
Self-Referrals
Affiliates are not permitted to earn commissions from their own purchases.
You must not use your affiliate link to purchase PLR Database products or memberships for yourself for the purpose of obtaining a commission, rebate or discount.
Transactions involving attempts to circumvent this rule may be rejected and any associated commissions may be removed.
Commission Reversals
If a qualifying transaction is subsequently refunded, reversed, charged back, cancelled, determined to be fraudulent or otherwise becomes ineligible, the associated affiliate commission may be reversed.
If the commission has already been paid, PLR Database may deduct the amount from future affiliate earnings.
Where there are insufficient future earnings, PLR Database reserves the right to recover amounts incorrectly or improperly paid.
Affiliate Payouts
The standard minimum balance required before an affiliate payout is:
$25 USD
Affiliate payouts are normally processed between the:
21st and 25th of each month
Only approved and payable commissions that have satisfied applicable requirements will be included.
Processing times after PLR Database issues a payment may depend on the payment provider, financial institution and destination country.
Payout Methods
Available payout methods may include direct bank transfer, debit-card-supported payment services, or other payment methods made available through the affiliate system.
Available methods may change over time.
Affiliates are responsible for entering and maintaining accurate payout information.
You must ensure that your payment details remain current before a payout is processed.
PLR Database is not responsible for payments sent to incorrect or outdated payment information supplied by the Affiliate.
Taxes
Affiliates are responsible for determining and satisfying their own taxation, reporting, registration and other financial obligations relating to affiliate income.
PLR Database does not provide affiliates with personal tax, accounting or financial advice.
Where required by law, PLR Database may request tax or identification information before issuing affiliate payments.
Customer Relationship
Customers purchasing PLR Database products, services or memberships remain customers of PLR Database.
PLR Database is responsible for processing its customer orders, payments, cancellations, refunds and customer service.
Affiliates must not represent themselves as PLR Database employees, agents or authorised representatives.
Affiliates may not make commitments, guarantees or representations on behalf of PLR Database unless expressly authorised in writing.
Pricing and Product Information
PLR Database determines the official pricing, features, availability and terms of its products and services.
Affiliates should make reasonable efforts to ensure promotional information remains accurate.
If information published by an affiliate conflicts with information displayed on PLR Database, the information published by PLR Database will prevail.
Prices, products, membership plans, features and promotions may change without notice.
Promotional Materials
PLR Database may provide banners, images, copy, links, logos or other promotional materials to affiliates.
Where PLR Database provides approved promotional materials, affiliates may use them for legitimate promotion of PLR Database in accordance with this Agreement.
Affiliates may create their own promotional content provided that it is accurate, lawful, not misleading and does not infringe intellectual property rights or misrepresent PLR Database.
Intellectual Property
PLR Database retains all rights, title and interest in its trademarks, trade names, logos, website content, software, branding, designs, products and other intellectual property except where expressly stated otherwise.
Participation in the Affiliate Program does not transfer ownership of PLR Database intellectual property to an Affiliate.
Affiliates receive only a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use approved PLR Database branding and promotional materials for legitimate participation in the Affiliate Program.
Upon termination, you must discontinue unauthorised use of PLR Database trademarks, branding and affiliate materials.

Paid Advertising and Brand Bidding
Affiliates using paid advertising must ensure their advertisements are accurate and comply with the policies of the applicable advertising platform.
Unless PLR Database expressly provides written permission, affiliates must not bid on PLR Database trademarks, brand names or confusingly similar terms in paid search campaigns in a manner designed to impersonate or compete with official PLR Database advertising.
Affiliates must not create advertisements that falsely suggest they are the official PLR Database website or an authorised PLR Database advertisement.
Email Marketing and Spam

Affiliates are responsible for ensuring their email marketing complies with applicable anti-spam, privacy and electronic communications laws.

PLR Database's handling of information collected directly through its website is governed by its applicable privacy policies.
Fraud and Abuse
PLR Database may investigate referrals, commissions, traffic sources and affiliate activity where fraud or abuse is suspected.
We may temporarily withhold disputed commissions while an investigation is conducted.
Where fraudulent, manipulated or abusive activity is identified, PLR Database may reject referrals, reverse commissions, suspend payouts or terminate the affiliate account.
Website Availability
PLR Database makes reasonable efforts to maintain the availability and operation of its website and affiliate systems.
However, uninterrupted access is not guaranteed.
Temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, technical problems, third-party service failures, security incidents or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
PLR Database is not responsible for lost affiliate opportunities resulting from temporary website or tracking-system interruptions except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
Modification of the Affiliate Program
PLR Database may modify the Affiliate Program, including its commission structure, payout requirements, promotional rules, tracking methods or other program terms.
Material changes may be communicated through the website, affiliate dashboard, email or another reasonable method.
Continued participation in the Affiliate Program after updated terms become effective constitutes acceptance of those updated terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Suspension and Termination
Either you or PLR Database may terminate participation in the Affiliate Program.
PLR Database may immediately suspend or terminate an Affiliate for fraud, abuse, prohibited promotional activity, legal violations, material breaches of this Agreement or conduct reasonably considered harmful to PLR Database.
Upon termination, you must stop representing yourself as a PLR Database Affiliate and discontinue any use of PLR Database intellectual property that you are no longer authorised to use.
Legitimately earned commissions existing before termination may remain payable subject to this Agreement. Fraudulent, prohibited, reversed or otherwise ineligible commissions may be forfeited or reversed.
Independent Contractor Relationship
Affiliates participate as independent contractors.
Nothing in this Agreement creates an employment relationship, partnership, agency, franchise, joint venture or other similar relationship between PLR Database and an Affiliate.
Affiliates have no authority to enter into agreements or obligations on behalf of PLR Database.
Disclaimer of Earnings
Participation in the PLR Database Affiliate Program does not guarantee income, commissions, traffic, conversions or business results.
Affiliate earnings depend on numerous factors including promotional methods, audience, traffic, conversion rates, customer behaviour and market conditions.
Any examples of potential earnings are illustrative only and should not be interpreted as guarantees.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PLR Database will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary or consequential damages arising from participation in the Affiliate Program, including loss of revenue, profits, business opportunities, goodwill or data.
Where liability cannot legally be excluded, PLR Database's liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold PLR Database harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, damages and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful promotional activities, infringement of third-party rights, misleading representations, or material breach of this Agreement.
Disputes
If a dispute arises concerning the Affiliate Program, the parties should first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith communication.
Where appropriate, the parties may attempt mediation before commencing formal proceedings.
Nothing in this section removes any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed only to the extent necessary.
The remaining provisions will continue in effect.
