it depends on the topics, and the market, and demographic your are promoting to.

I don’t know what power pdf is hon,
a pdf should open simply by clicking on it (or double clicking)

if you are referring to powerpoint, that is another software entirely, altho you
can create a pdf from a powerpoint interface.

You can edit plr, even if a doc does not exist, but if it is mrr or rr etc…
even if it has the doc in it, that is only meant so that you can add your name or brand to it,
but not edit the doc. hence it may say, you can put your name on it, but will also say, can not be edited.
