I’m sorry to hear this and I assume you mean why isn’t no one purchasing your products?
If so, there could be many different reasons why. I recommend sticking with it and seeing how it goes in the long term, as some things do take time before seeing any real results.

Without having more info, as your question is kinda vague, I will go along with support about sticking with it.
Aside from that, you could try different approaches, as well as making sure your product description is informative enough, as well as photos or covers are top notch looking and professional. Visuals matter so much and can make or break a product sale.Also, pushing your promo to your social media accounts at least once a day (or your store address) along with a great headline is another way to generate sales and traffic. Also make sure you are using good SEO on your product descriptions, and your store meta tags and headers etc.
And most of all, hang in there and keep on!!

Hello, I am new to the group and I find the subject interesting. however, Pablo if you can rephrase your question a bit more precisely. Are these your premium products that you can’t sell or are you referring to premium database products?
seems like you may have the definition of Premium a little off, but in many cases, not finding a product on Ebay (not a good gauge by the way) it means one of two things, either it is a rare object of some sort, which can include physical books, or there simply are not any others selling it, in which case, your niche is wide open for you to make some noise about your product.
Again, without having no bloody idea what you are actually talking about (niche, title, subject, etc) we as advice givers, can only speculate.
