(MRR) Primary resale rights
(RR) Resale rights
(PU) Personal Use
(CU) Commercial Use
(GAR) Assign Rights.My doubts are: When the licenses are together as in the case above, does the personal use license (PU) not invalidate the others?
In the MRR and RR licenses, can I translate the texts, use all or part of them to add value to the PLR product I want to add? Market them in full or in parts; with my name or just with the referenced authorship?

When you see this amongst other license terms, this simply means you can also use it for personal use, alongside the other license terms.

Normally an MRR or RR product you cannot translate and use parts of them. Normally you can only sell them as they are and they cannot be modified. Having said that, I recommend reading the full license as each product’s license can vary.
