Hello
Can you please take a look at the Webinar Mastery Upgrade zip file? I get a message saying “The request could not be performed because of an I/O device error.”
Many thanks.

March 14, 2023 at 2:56 PM #274567Check the file path: Make sure that the file is saved in the correct location on your computer and that the file path is correct. Try copying the file: Copy the file to a different location on your computer or an external hard drive to see if the issue is with the original file location. Check your computer’s hardware: The I/O device error could indicate a problem with your computer’s hard drive or other hardware. Try running a disk check or disk repair tool to see if there are any issues with your hard drive. Try downloading the file again: If the issue persists, try downloading the file again from the original source to see if the issue was with the initial download. If none of these steps solve the issue, you may want to contact the vendor or website where you downloaded the file for further assistance.
March 15, 2023 at 6:46 PM #274582I realize the OP is a couple months old, however, are you still having problems with the file?
I was able to open the file that I previously downloaded and just to ensure current validity as well, I also re-downloaded it just now and tried to unzip it and I had no issues at all.
Are you still having problems? If so, what type of error are you getting (if any)?
PLEASE NOTE:
If the problem has been solved or you were able to work it out on your own, please post back and let us know so everyone knows you no longer need assistance with this.Thanks.
