Hi, can use content of plr eBook on webpage? or maybe snippet of plr eBook content webpage?

This information should be inside the license. If it is PLR, and that is allowed, you will see something inside the terms such as CAN be used for web content, blogs, articles etc….
Sometimes you might find these terms inside an MRR product, but mostly found in genuine PLR products,
so it all depends on the products you choose and their individual license terms.Hope that helps.
