Selling ebooks

    Can I sell just the pdf ebook or do I have to include the license and sell the whole zip file?

    Some downloads say [YES]Can modify/change the main product and some say [NO]Can modify/change the main product. If it says [NO]Can modify/change the main product, is selling the ebook alone allowed?

    Hi Reg,

    Thanks for contacting support, I’ll be happy to help you out.

    When you sell any licensed products, you don’t have to pass the license on to your customers.

    You are free to sell the PDF (ebook) alone. The license points you mentioned are ones that mean you cannot modify the actual content in the ebook or product, that’s it.

    This doesn’t mean you cannot remove the license when selling the products.

    But keep in mind, if you’re selling the product to your customers with resell right, which means, you’re allowing them to resell the product too, then you will have to pass the license on to your customers.

    But if you’re just selling the product with personal use, then you don’t have to provide your customers with the license.
