Questions towards giving away Products

Hey guys!
In the license file of one of the products I downloaded it says :”[YES] Can give away the product to your subscribers.” But also “[NO] Can just pass away the product for free.”Does it mean I can give it away for free if they opt-in? I need this for as a lead magnet, so is it allowed for this purpose?
Yes you can use it as an incentive to join your list.
