I found a PLR Product with the following description :

[YES] Can edit the contents of the ebook.[NO] Can sell private label rights.
[NO] Can add to a free membership site.
[NO] Can just pass away the product for free.Can you explain to me the difference between the two sentences? :

This means YOU can sell it, brand it, put your name on it, change it, etc etc… but the person you sell it to, can not. They can only sell it as is, but can not change it, brand it etc….– Can sell private label rights [NO]…..
This means, like I mentioned above, YOU have PLR, but your customers do not, so YOU can not sell them the Private Label Rights (no source pages, powerpoint files, templates, as they were sold to you.
