    my membership not working is it something wrong with the site also the support button not working wen clicking the continue to support desk i get this download Google-Ranking-Secrets
    i know i pay my membership I have Premium $10
    per user / month

    Also you can’t purchase any premium not working also

    yes I have the same problem just then. Glad its not just me LOL.

    I read support thread they’ve changed the billing system to credit cards debit – not sure if that’s got something to do with it

    I’ve cancelled my paypal agreement with them until its sorted (I can’t download anything now anyway). Do the same in case they’ve been comprimised and we know what’s going on.

    Same here. I pay for a premium subscription but when I go to download something I am being asked to upgrade my account. Like Pierre described, I am taken to a blank page.

    That’s great that worked for you. The time on how long it will take… it won’t be long, no longer than 1 hour, at tops, 2 hours (as I just got a reply back from our technical team).
