Please forgive me if this has been answered but I have combed through the forum and didnt see a direct answer.
But to be clear…Am I correct to say that if a product:
1) has an MRR license its mainly to be resold and not modified. A MRR license is like having a clothing store and have the rights to selling official Gucci and Prada items, am I correct?
2). if a product is a PLR, I can modify to fit my needs and brand it as my own (within detailed license specification), sort of like having and reselling white-label type product, correct?
Thanks in advance.May 23, 2021 at 11:28 AM #262539
You are correct sir!!
At least this is the way it always was, but nowadays, you have to read each TOU carefully, because much like the English language, there are those, who insist on changing the meaning to suit themselves, so with that in mind, always read each license terms to be sure.

One more question.
On a Master Resell,
What does “Can put your name on the sales letter” mean?
Thanks in Advance.May 28, 2021 at 3:27 AM #262615
well, as we already discussed, MRR is something you can not edit, you must sell the main product as is with no modification. However, you can modify and brand (add your name) to the sales letter if one is given, or create your own, you just can not claim the main product as your own.
