PDF Files

    Several of items I have saved are PDF. My computer will not open them. What program do I need to open these files? Adobe Acrobat Reader can open them either.

    Hi Rockie, not to sure why you cannot open any PDF file. There is another popular PDF reader called “Foxit Reader.” Try it out and see how you go. Another issue might be you need to update your PDF reader or sometimes even restarting your PC can help.

    If you cannot open a PDF file, you might want to go to the Adobe forum as they will be able to better help you out. You can check it out here:

    Another thing to keep in mind is when ever you download a file, make sure you have downloaded the complete file before trying to use it.
