I’m sorry to hear this. It seems you have some element installed in your browser such as a translator extension making this happen.
If you continue to have this issue, I recommend trying to cancel your subscription in a new browser that hasn’t got any extensions installed, or simply uninstall the translator extension and try again.
Having said that, upon taking a quick look into your account, I can see your account has been successfully canceled, which means you will not be billed again.
