Free Products with Licenses

Hi, newbie here. Joined in today on a free plan, though I will upgrade soon. I saw some of the free products have selling licenses, can I use them for selling under MRR, RR, GAR, CU. Can I download these books and sell them again under free account?? PLease suggest and guide as I am in the learning curve for this marketing.
