I’m just wondering if I am allowed to sell PLR Tutorial videos on Udemy. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks!

Great question. You’re free to do this as this is what PLR products are ideal for. Having said that, I recommend trying your best to rebrand them and even adding some more content within the videos.
The reason being is that Udemy might not accept your videos due to duplicate content.
