Please how do I create this for my client.
He has brought it from me and he is asking question on how to install it and use it.
Please can some explain how to do it

You will need a server to host it on. Have you are your client got a host? If so, then you can upload it either via cPanel or FTP.
"The path to success is to take massive, determined action".Yes he a has a cPanel. How do we go about it.
