If the license says you can translate then yes. If it does not, you can translate as long as you follow a few simple guidelines, and do not edit or change the original, and you sell the original as the main product.
What you can do is, create an audio version with you translating in your language.
Translate into your language via text, but you still must sell it as an add on or bonus, along with the untouched original.
The point is, the MRR or RR product must be the main product you sell, untouched, but you can add a bonus of translation. You must also follow the original license, and not pass on anything not premitted to your customers. Hope that makes sense to you.
