As far as the CD’s, if you have a cd burner on your pc, that should be easy enough. If you don’t, there are several places on the net you can get this done, many of them for free depending on the length.

Covers can be printed out on thick paper and glued to a box, I usually purchase a box if needed, from the post office, or OfficeMax.
I am susre there are other ways, even better ways. I use podcasting a lot, or simply audio and upload it to the net, so I don’t have much more info to add on the subject.
