Black Hat is considered spammy and not well looked upon in areas such as Google, or by many top marketers and strategists, etc, mostly due to the bad rep and sly underhanded tactics it has been known to use for 25 plus years.
Personally I tend to stay away from those kinds of topics and practices, they seem to get a lot of folks in trouble with pay processsors like PayPal, and other services as mentioned above..
