@cddiva is correct. What happens a lot of times with some resell products, the vendor has placed this within the ebook, not really thinking about the reselling aspect of it.
I’m always annoyed when seeing products like this, because it makes no sense when a PLR creator sells products which such a legal notice within it.
I recommend converting the PDF to a DOCX file and remove this, as long as you don’t change anything else within the ebook, this should be fine to do.
