Without having more info, as your question is kinda vague, I will go along with support about sticking with it.
Aside from that, you could try different approaches, as well as making sure your product description is informative enough, as well as photos or covers are top notch looking and professional. Visuals matter so much and can make or break a product sale.
Also, pushing your promo to your social media accounts at least once a day (or your store address) along with a great headline is another way to generate sales and traffic. Also make sure you are using good SEO on your product descriptions, and your store meta tags and headers etc.
