If you’re using the Google Translation add-on with your browser, this can sometimes cause issues when trying to cancel your subscription and also some other things on our site.
Google is no longer updating this add-on and is planning to remove it in the near future.
Having said that, I recommend disabling it during the period while you are canceling your subscription or you can also contact our support team by submitting a ticket, where we can do this for you straight away.
