I am curious to know the best platforms to set up plr websites to integrate payments for immediate digital downloads for a seamless user friendly process? Woocommerce, Shopify, etc.? I know there is payhip and sellfy to get up and running as well.
It depends if you want a full-fledged eCommerce store, if so, then I would recommend Woocommerce. If you want to sell a few products, and simplify the entire process, then I would recommend PayHip or Sellfy.

When you resell MRR & RR, (mostly as is), you keep the license that came with the product you purchased (i.e. plrdatabase) in the resell digital product you are selling? Or do you create your own license (PLR, PU) and include that in the digital download product for sale?
You can keep the license that originally comes with it, having said that, if it’s an MRR license and you’re selling it with MRR, then it must remain with the product so your customers know the same rights as you have.
If you’re selling an MRR product, but you’re only selling it with either RR or PU, then you can modify the license to accommodate the new license you’re providing your customers, for example, only list in the new license the RR or PU aspect of it and not the full MRR specifics.
Also, are we allowed to change the ebook covers of MRR and RRs? Or does that count as no can’t edit content?
Technically speaking, this normally means no. As MRR and RR content include the covers.
