You may do all of the above on PLR PRODUCTS ONLY!
Anything marked MRR, RR, GAW, CU, PU, or any other thing besides PLR, then NO, you can not!
Also, do be sure to read even the PLR licenses inside each product, as in some rare cases, they will limit the PLR abilities. Generally a PLR product can be rebranded, re authored, re designed, rebuilt, and can almost be done anything with.
