Hi Ilona, with any PLR product, there should always be a DOCX or DOC file provided, which then can be edited in Microsoft Word or even the free open source software, OpenOffice, which can be downloaded here for free:

When you open this file, you can then rebrand it by adding your details as the author or even add a link to your website/blog.
To answer your other question, of course, people will buy a product if you give value to your buyers, it doesn’t really matter who the author is in most cases.
One thing to keep in mind though, when promoting or selling a product always try to give as much detail about the product and what they will learn and get. This way it will make the potential buyer know everything that they’re going to get.
