That’s a great question that a lot of people ask, so I’m happy to answer this for you. With a lot of products, you can do what you’re wanting with them, these type of licenses are usually called “Unrestricted PLR” which means you can resell the PLR license.
But in most cases, the PLR license is only for you, which means you cannot resell or give away the PLR licenses, normally only the MRR license. A rule of thumb is to read the licenses for any particular product you download which is found within the file.
